Item Description

Garland Commercial LP Gas Range, approximately 10 years old. This versatile range features dual ovens, 6 burners, a flat top griddle, and a broiler with standing pilots. Was serviced in December 2025 by food service company. for an oven pilot issue which was corrected.

**Equipment sold “as is/as seen” and no warranty is implied or written**

**Buyer assumes responsibility for pick-up and transport of equipment**

**Equipment shall be paid for and removed within 7 business days of auction end. If it is not, the Sanford Housing Authority retains the right to award it to another bidder**

**Advance 24 hour notice is required prior to pick-up**

A:	That is correct, Municibid makes you put a starting bid lower than what you would like to get for the item. I believe this prevent extreme low ball bids such as $1.00 many auctions on Municibid has reserves so they start low but wont award until it reaches a reserve price. -Answered on 05/14/2026 05:21 PM

A:	the width is 59" and it is 34-1/2" Deep the height to the top of the backsplash is 57" high. The griddle width is 23-1/2" wide -Answered on 05/20/2026 07:19 AM
