If approved by the School board this month, If the bids received don't meet the asking price the District has established, they could be re-listed. These parts are being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS". THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Inspection of ITEMS on site at 1440 Byberry Rd Bensalem, PA 19020 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Payment must be made with CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER at time of pickup. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the Notification of Award. Winning bid will be awarded Once approved by School Board administration

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
