Body: All police equipment has been removed. There are a couple of holes that are taped over to keep water out. Right front door has some dents.
Interior: All police equipment has been removed but the center console will stay. Rear seats will go with but you will need to source hardware to install seats. Driver's inner door seal damaged along with driver's door sill panel.
Mechanical: Car has been sitting around 6 months. Needs brakes. Tires below 50%. Right rear axle seal leak. Engine oil leak - not sure on origin but intake valley looks wet & dripping down back of engine onto front diff area - maybe rear main seal leak also. Horn wiring needs to be hooked back up. No license plate light assemblies. Needs oil change. HVAC works with no issues.

The car runs fine and was in service until parked. It is not rapidly leaking/dripping, but there is a large presence of oil.
