The balance of the winning bid, in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the City of Le Roy, will be required at the time of the acquisition of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the transfer of the vehicle. The City of Le Roy reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
