There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Item must be paid for by certified check or bank check to Lower Makefield Township. Full payment must be received by Lower Makefield Township within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award. All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment. Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township. Prior to acceptance of bid, the Lower Makefield Township Board of Supervisors will vote to accept bid at their next regularly scheduled meeting prior to pick up. Winning bidder will need to have the title transferred at time of pickup and is responsible for all cost associated with title transferring.

Prior to acceptance of bid, the Lower Makefield Township Board of Supervisors will vote to accept this bid at their next regularly scheduled board meeting. Bids must be accepted prior release of the auction item. If the auction item is titled, winning bidder will need to have the title transferred at time of pickup and is responsible for all cost associated with title transferring.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
