No title will be issued. The successful bidder will receive a Bill of Sale only. The Bill of Sale must be picked up before the auctioned item can be released. The Bill of Sale must be signed at the time of pick-up at the Essex County Office of Purchasing, 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey 07102. The vehicle must be picked up no later than five (5) business days from the date of payment. Pick-up of the Bill of Sale and vehicle is by appointment only. Please contact Melissa Rivera at 973-621-5100 to schedule an appointment.
