Item Description

2007 Harley-Davidson FLHTP 28,944 miles. Upgraded Day maker LED headlight installed. All graphics, police lighting and siren have been removed.

City of Newton bid #26-71. Surplus vehicle sold to the highest bidder, sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." The Massachusetts used car lemon law, M.G.L. c.90 70N1/4 does not apply to the sale of this vehicle. Item offered for sale as listed, without warranty, guarantee, or liability of any kind on the part of the City of Newton. All City of Newton employees must comply with the provisions of G.L. 268A when bidding surplus equipment. They also must file a disclosure with the city clerk's office.
