The successful bidder shall make payment to Allen Township in the form of a cashier's check or certified check made payable to Allen Township, 50 Snow Hill Rd, Northampton, PA 18067. The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within ten (10) calendar days following the receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for the item(s) that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and/or award to the vendor of its choice. The buyer has sole responsibility for picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. Township is not responsible for the equipment once it has left township property.
