Item Description
2016 Ford Escape 102,453 miles. Former Chief of Police car then used as a spare. 3 Sets of Key w/ attached remote fob included. Door code for keyless entry provided to winner. Siren and blue lights have been removed.

The Massachusetts used car lemon law, M.G.L. c.90 70N1/4 does not apply to the sale of this vehicle. Item offered for sale as listed, without warranty, guarantee, or liability of any kind on the part of the City of Newton. All City of Newton employees must comply with the provisions of G.L. 268A when bidding surplus equipment. They also must file a disclosure with the city clerk's office.
