Item Description

Greenhouse for Sale - Used in High School Career & Technical Horticulture Program

This greenhouse, purchased in March 2014 from Griffen Greenhouse Supplies in Morgantown, PA, has been continuously used in a high school Career & Technical Horticulture program. The auction includes the complete frame, existing 8mm glazing, heater unit, electrical service shut-off and fixtures, door assemblies, vent louvers, and exhaust fans. Please note that all utilities will be disconnected upon auction completion.

The winning bidder will be fully responsible for disassembling and removing the greenhouse structure and all utility fixtures. The site can accommodate light rigging equipment, and the greenhouse is conveniently located close to truck access for easy removal. Access to the site will be between 7:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Thursday.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
