2015 Ford Focus 93,351 miles. Former parking enforcement vehicle. Car has been sitting for a few months since taken out of service.

The Massachusetts used car lemon law, M.G.L. c.90 70N1/4 does not apply to the sale of this vehicle. All City of Newton employees must comply with the provisions of G.L. 268A when bidding surplus equipment. They also must file a disclosure with the city clerk's office.
