Seller's Terms & Conditions

Bids will be accepted until July 6, 2026, at 9 AM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by the City of Franklin within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash, check or money order, made payable to the City of Franklin. The successful bidder must pick up the item within fifteen (15) days of awarding the bid. The City of Franklin reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. The results will be voted on by the City of Franklin Council at their July 6, 2026 meeting.
