This watch is being sold as is. Buyer Items must be removed within 10 days of auction close. Township of West Milford reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any defects in the bids. All items are sold in “AS IS CONDITION”, “NO WARRANTIES”, “NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE”, “LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY”. All items will be picked up at 1480 Union Valley Road, West Milford NJ, by the winning bidder. The winning bidder may designate a representative to pick up their item. If that happens, the winning bidder must provide West Milford Township with the representative’s company name and/or the representative’s individual name, in writing, to be reviewed and accepted by West Milford Township before any items will be released. Payment is due within five (5) business days of winning an auction. No deposits or partial payments accepted. Payment shall be made through Municibid. If full payment is not received within (5) business days, items will be relisted for sale on Municibid. The buyer will be responsible for NJ Sales tax (if applicable). Thank you for bidding!
